On October 13th, the opening ceremony of the "Macao Youth · Dongguan GLINK Century Special Internship Program," co-hosted by GLINK Century and the Macao Labour Affairs Bureau, was successfully held in Dongguan. The 12-week program focuses on intelligent networking and digital transformation, aiming to build a practical platform for Macao youth to deeply integrate with the technology industry, cultivate high-tech talents for Macao, and expand employment and development space for young people.

At the opening ceremony, Huang Shuzhan, Chairman of GLINK Century, stated in his speech that as an enterprise deeply engaged in the intelligent network field for more than 20 years, the company has always regarded talents as the core driving force for technological innovation. He pointed out that this special internship program is intended to build an important platform for Macao youth to understand the technology industry and integrate theory with practice. He encouraged interns to seize the development opportunities of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, master the key capabilities of industrial digital transformation through participating in diversified business practices, and achieve common growth of individuals and the enterprise while practicing the corporate values of "customer-centricity, integrity and responsibility, and proactive progress," contributing youthful strength to the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

Chan Tze Wai, Deputy Director of the Macao Labour Affairs Bureau, said that this cooperation is an important practice of the Macao SAR Government in promoting youth internship programs, building a bridge for Macao youth to integrate into the overall national development situation and engage in the field of technological innovation. She urged students to grasp the critical stage from campus to workplace, continuously improve their comprehensive capabilities and depth of thinking while learning professional knowledge, maintain the original intention of learning, bravely explore diverse directions, transform the experience gained during the internship into motivation for future development, and achieve a growth leap from "learners" to "creators."
